Mr. Omur Mentes is Tukish citizen. Mr. Omur Mentes is appointed as Director by General Meeting of Shareholders for financial year 2018 conducted on May 14, 2019. From 2022 until now Mr. Omur has served as President Director of PT Indo Kordsa Tbk. Mr. Omur has received his BSc. and MSc. Mechanical Engineering degree from Middle East Technical University in 1994 and 1996, respectively. Starting his professional career in 1997 at Mercedes-Benz Turkey as an R&D Engineer, Mr. Omur went onto hold marketing and sales, as well as production management roles in Beksa Steel Cord Inc. between 1998 and 2008 for Wire Products and Steel Cord. He coordinated SA15+ as Process Management Committee Leader on behalf of Beksa.
In 2008 Mr Omur assumed System Development Manager and was transferred to Bekaert Shanghai as Global Account Manager - Development Accounts and International Customers - Sales Director (North Asia). In 2012, he assumed Regional Marketing and Sales Director role of SEA based in Bekaert Singapore.
Mr. Ümit Coşkun Graduated from Yildiz Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering In 2007. Upon his BA degree, he received his Msc. and MBA from Boğazici University (Finance Engineering) and Sabanci University (Executive MBA) respectively.
Mr. Ümit Coşkun started his professional career at Turkish Pirelli Tyres in 2006, as Jr. Finance Specialist, later on he Joined Kordsa in 2009 and served as Financial Affairs Specialist between 2009-2015 then as Global Finance Manager between 2015-2016 subsequently as Financial Affairs Manager between 2016-2021.
In April 2021, Mr. Ümit was appointed as Finance Group Manager of Kordsa Turkey before his appointment as Director for the Company.
Mr. R Wahyu Yuniarto is Indonesian citizen. Mr. Wahyu Yuniarto is appointed as director in the Company's in June 25, 2015. Mr. Wahyu Yuniarto started his professional career in 1986 as Staff in a contractor company, then joined to NAPAN Group in 1987. In the same year he transfered to the Company's as an Accounting Staff. In 1992, he was assigned as Senior System Analyst. In 1996 He was promoted to be EDP Section Manager. In 2005, he was appointed as IT & Communication Solutions Manager. In year of 2007 he was assigned as Group Manager of Human Resources & Information Technology, a role that he has carried until year 2015 . Mr. Wahyu Yuniarto graduated from Gunadarma University majoring in Management Informatics in 1987, then received his Master Degree in International Business from Prasetya Mulya Business School in 2004.
Mr Bülent Bozdogan, Turkish citizen, born in Balikesir, Turkey. Mr Bülent Received bachelor’s degree of Economic and Science Administration in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University, Turkey. He started his professional career in 1980 at WaterhouseCoopers as a senior auditor. He has held several senior positions, among others during 1991-2000, he served as Executive Vice President, Finance, Planning, and Control at Brisa Bridgestone Sabancı Tire Manufacturing and Trade Inc., Turkey. In 2001-2009, he served as VP, Finance and Sourcing (CFO & Global Sourcing) at Kordsa Global U.S, Turkey. In 2009-2017, he served as Chief Audit Executive/Chairman of the Ethics Committee at Sabanci Holding, Turkey. He also served as the Board of Directors of the Turkish Institute of Internal Auditors for the period 2010-2012. And in 2018-2019, he served as CEO of Dedeman Holding, Turkey. He has served as a director of PT Indo Kordsa Tbk in the period 2007-2010.
